We are looking to partner with colleges and training institutes to recruit fresh, motivated civil engineering graduates who are passionate about the industry and eager to learn. ________________________________________ Job Description: Role: Civil Engineer (Home Inspector) Location: Mumbai, Pune Salary Range: ₹2.00 LPA - ₹3.00 LPA + TA + Incentives Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply Job Type: Full-time, On-site Department: Home Inspection & Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities: • Travel to customer locations (homes, offices, etc.) in Mumbai and Pune to perform property inspections. • Measure and prepare AutoCAD floor plans of the premises using appropriate tools. • Perform non-invasive, visual examinations of accessible areas using the latest inspection tools. • Record observations and defects using a mobile application (text, checklist, and photographs). • Ensure the accuracy, detail, and clarity of observations. • Explain findings to supervisors or customers as needed. • Recommend improvements to the inspection process and tools. • Adhere to safety guidelines and use prescribed tools correctly. • Ensure timely completion of the inspection lifecycle. • Collaborate with the team and contribute to process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile: • Qualification: Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree). • Skills Required: o Subject matter expertise and willingness to learn new processes. o Ability to work in a startup environment with a flexible approach. o Good communication skills and a team player. o Strong customer-centric attitude. o Adherence to deadlines and high levels of integrity and commitment. • Experience: Freshers welcome.
