HR Recruiter Position: HR Recruiter Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai Role Focus: 80% Recruitment | 20% HR Operations About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience. Candidates from any industry are welcome. The role will be primarily focused on recruitment (80%), with the remaining 20% involving general HR activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding. Experience in hiring Interior Designers, Architects, and other design/construction-related profiles will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Recruitment – 80%  Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Designers, Architects, and other relevant positions.  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.  Screen candidates based on skills, experience, portfolio, and role requirements.  Conduct initial HR screening and interviews.  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the complete interview process.  Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.  Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining and onboarding.  Manage multiple open positions simultaneously.  Track recruitment status, interview feedback, offers, and joining updates.  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. HR Activities – 20%  Support day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.  Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.  Maintain employee and recruitment-related records.  Support basic HR documentation and coordination. Required Skills & Experience  2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.  Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.  Experience in hiring Interior Designers, Architects, or similar profiles is preferred, but not mandatory.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Good follow-up and coordination skills.  Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
