Production & Costing Executive (Pharmaceuticals)

Job Description – Production & Costing Executive (Pharmaceuticals) Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Relevant Experience Key Responsibilities 1. Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and production processes. 2. Experience in all dosage forms – Tablets, Capsules, Dry Syrups, Liquid Syrups, Suspensions, Creams, Ointments, Injections, Eye/Ear Drops, Sachets, etc. 3. Must independently prepare product-wise production cost sheets, including API, raw materials, packaging materials, labour and overheads. 4. Knowledge of production planning, batch size calculations, material consumption, yield and wastage. 5. Knowledge of BMR, BPR, GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards. 6. Knowledge of African pharmaceutical markets and country-wise product registration requirements. 7. Familiarity with regulatory documents required for exports and product registration, including CTD/Dossiers, COPP, GMP Certificate, FSC, COA, Stability Data and other necessary documents. 8. Understanding of export documentation and coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Production and Purchase departments. 9. Good command of MS Excel and costing calculations. Candidate Requirements Looking for a candidate with strong pharmaceutical production knowledge, costing expertise, understanding of all dosage forms and practical experience with African market registrations and export documentation. Must be capable of independently handling production costing and related activities.
